Spacious Deluxe Double Room featuring a huge comfortable bed and good tea and coffee facilities. Its proximity to the A46 allows for quick access to the Cotswolds and surrounding areas, making it a convenient spot for exploring.
Road noise from the nearby A46 can be quite noticeable, particularly if you prefer a quieter environment. The shower head in the room was not securely attached, requiring some fiddling for a proper use, which might annoy those looking for hassle-free bathing. the room had cobwebs and dust on the center light, and the sink drainage was slower than expected.

Loved the cozy Deluxe Double Room with a lovely fan that kept us cool on a hot day, and that homemade shortbread was to die for! The garden area was perfect for relaxing after our long drive, though the hot water tap in the bathroom was a bit of a nuisance. Definitely try the breakfast and let them know your dietary needs, they really go the extra mile! 😊

The stay was for a short family getaway, and while the location was exceptional, several facilities were lacking. The room itself was dark and in need of better lighting, and I encountered some practical issues with sockets and mirrors in the space. the breakfast provided was lovely, but it was disappointing to find some items unavailable on the last day. it was a charming location, but some improvements are definitely needed.

The breakfast was a delightful surprise with freshly baked croissants and a range of organic juices. The only downside was the constant noise from the bar area above our room, which made it difficult to sleep.

missingWrote a review on 01 Marcharming locationfriendly staffthoughtful touchesbar noisebroken heatingslow service
The Beckford Inn charmed me with its picturesque location and thoughtfully decorated rooms. The space felt cozy and welcoming, with complimentary shortbread and fresh milk in the room, which was a nice touch. The breakfast spread had a good variety, although I felt options could be more flexible, especially for those who might want both cereal and a cooked dish. Unfortunately, I had some challenges during my stay. Noise from the bar below seeped into my room, making it tough to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. I found that the heater in my room didn’t work well, leaving me chilly in February. Although the staff were friendly and welcoming, service felt a bit slow during breakfast. Despite these hiccups, the beautiful decor and delicious food made for a memorable stay, just with a few drawbacks.
